Sheila,

We have a Meditech custom in our NMI Interface which restricts messages by
Provider and
Location. We have providers that work in the ED and in offices and it was
important that the
ED results not populate the provider office record.

With the Meditech NMI interface we can resend as many times as we need to. I'm
assuming your
interface is not Meditech. I don't know how you could do what you need to do
without location
restrictions. I guess you would be stuck with 4 provider mnemonics for the same
provider ( I
would consider that a nightmare) .
