Several IT, engineers, nursing staff and calls to Sony (including the Meditech Apps during Go-Live) have attempted to fix it, but no success to date. We've adjusted the size on the Workstation 4.2, we've adjusted the horizontal/vert on the screen, even read the Sony manual! -- still not covering the entire screen. Any ideas? Debra B.
