Let's start a new thread for the Forum Structure.

We have several suggestions and a lot of them have similar components:

Quim:
* General
* Community
* Development

Graham:
* Core Development
* App Development
* Community

Dawn:
* Devices
* Users
* App Development
* il10n
* Community

Tero's concerns:
> What is the take on having device specific sections or threads in development?
> Reference hardware most likely is covered in the device type (mobile,
> netbook, set-top...) specific areas, but others?
> What if a device manufacturer asks for a sub-forum?

So,
1. I look at Users (by Dawn) and General (by Quim) to be quite
similar. Should we use Users or General?
2. On Development, should we subdivide it to Core Developers and App
Developers? How about device specific development in the future?
3. With regards to Devices, it's a bit early but we can talk about
this as well. Some suggestions:

Suggestion 1 (by company/product):
Devices
* Intel
--- Device X
--- Device Y
--- Company requested sub-forum 1
* Nokia
--- Nokia Nxxx
--- Nokia N900
--- Company requested sub-forum 1
--- Company requested sub-forum 2
* Orange
--- Mobile X
--- Company requested sub-forum 1

Suggestion 2 (by device type):
Devices
* Mobile
--- Nokia N900
* Notebook
--- Notebook X
* Tablet
--- Tablet X

4. How about the Design, Competitors, and Off-topic forums? If we
don't add these, Design topics will definitely get mixed with
Development. Competitors and Off-topic posts will then get mixed with
General/Users.
