General has been the landing place for Nokia business and related technology topics (I had recently suggested renaming it to Business and Tehnology due to that). We have an off topic for jokes, unrelated news, etc. I see Users (although I would say Members) as part of Community. Our Community subforum at maemo.org is used for announcing meetups, discussing community-wide needs, answering questions on behalf of our Community Council, etc. We also have "sticky" user greeting/direction threads which (IMO) are mistakenly under General. I don't think there is any escaping that. maemo.org did not start off with so many sections, BTW-- they developed organically based on member demand.
