Note that there are two challenges left for IPv6:
1) cellular network IPv6 support, which is completely different from Ethernet
and WiFi support
2) application support
Most toolkits and low-level libraries (including Qt and glibc) have supported
IPv6 for years now, as has the Linux kernel. The problem is really in the
applications themselves. They either don't make use of the IPv6 support that
is there, or they have silly arbitrary limitations that make IPv6 not
possible. For example, have you seen input fields for IPs?
We probably need to start testing applications in IPv6-only contexts.
