- 3rd party closed stuff like TI OMAP3 3D drivers (SGX) - only binary blobs available - nokia stuff which they think that it would be bad to give as open (BME) - nokia applications for which it would be shame to publish source code due to amount of bugs in it (calendar UI) - other applications which nokia (or other vendors) wants to keep closed because they written them and want to keep it closed etc...
