In GPU's, general problem is that there are no documentation and
HW implementation is proprietary. The reason not release drivers is just
that silicon vendors or silicon IP vendors would like to keep their
implementation details secret.
As my personal opinion, that's should not be needed but theirs opinion
differs from mine.
