I think, realistically, it's a little early to answer all (or most) of
these questions given that there is still 0 code for MeeGo available,
and even less known about the UI side of things than there is about
how the base platform fits together.

I also think it's probably fairly reasonable to expect that the UI
platforms provided as part of MeeGo probably won't be shipped/used on
every MeeGo device, different vendors are quite likely to want
different 'feel' to their devices, so you may well end up with the UI
platform acting more as a reference than an actual tool.
