We already have a pkg-meego project on Alioth and can create list(s)
there. I just did not create them because they are useless at the
moment as there is nothing to package yet (packaging being mostly
UX stuff).

I see no reason to create another top-level (l.d.o) mailing list
for MeeGo packaging.
