Yes, we will accept pull requests because otherwise it is intrinsically 
unscalable for us to handle all patches and we will become bottleneck that way.

We are still a bit late on the documentation development since our folks are in 
full swing of fixing MeeGo 1.0 blocker bugs as the release date is coming. 
Sorry about that. Basically people who send pull requests are expected to 
perform an OBS build either locally or on MeeGo OBS server before sending pull 
requests because pull requests typically include not only the patches 
themselves but also the packaging bits. There are two scripts ' obs_build.sh' 
and ' obs_auto_submit.sh ' under ' scripts' dir to facilitate this process. We 
will try to make the development process documentation available asap.
