There are two engines loaded in memory:

Netbook: Chrome's WebKit and QtWebKit
Handsets: Fennec's Gecko and QtWebKit

QtWebKit uses its own build of WebKit, so it won't share any memory with 
Chrome, or with gtkwebkit for that matter.
