I know people are already working on the modified Kernel Process. I am not writing to remind about that. Perhaps this is a very naive question, but it would be nice if someone can help me out with this query.
Thanks for providing the workaround for kernel compilation in the bug update. I can use it to run the sequence-patch.sh script fine. But the second part of my question is still not answered. I do not wish to submit a patch to the kernel sources yet, but I want to compile my own kernel to enable some kernel components on Meego (I am trying to use Meego as my main development for other work as well). How do I compile the image on my machine and then install it so my box boots from that image? Any pointers will be much appreciated. Thanks. -Adhyas
