hello all: Thank Arjan for reply. I am sorry, I did not say clearly. There is a ospm-1.0.14-1.1.moblin2.i586.rpm in moblin 2.1, it's description: "The OSPM program gives improved battery life by taking advantage of hardware features in MID devices.". This ospm is not a part of moblin kernel. And in default config of moblin kernel, "ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) Support" was not included. Instead, other interface included in kernel. It seems this ospm of ospm-1.0.14-1.1.moblin2.i586.rpm take responsibility of ACPI Interface in kernel, and this ospm can be configured for power managerment. Meego has not this ospm. Meego use most OS base of moblin, will Meego use this ospm in furture version for handset, or it will use power managerment modules in linux kernel?
