I do agree that there was a serious design error on the N900 phone UI. The
Reject button should not have the exact same prominence as the Accept, at the
very least. Accept should be the easy default and Reject a little more
difficult to select. I find myself rejecting calls on accident about 25% of
the time-- IMO an indicator of bad design choice.
I would prefer the Reject button be smaller for starters, and a little out of
the way. In fact I would say make it highly configurable so that users could
size and locate it as they wished. That alone could accomodate the difference
between left and right handed usage.
