Joel is correct, Which leads me to my confusion...
kernel 2.6.37.6 != kernel 2.6.37.6 Joel pointed out where the automotive version of the kernel was being synced to, and that location has a version of the kernel from 3 months ago. That version isn't 2.6.37.6 (kernel.org has that being released on 2011-03-27).
