primarily you should report bugs to the vendor of the device (Nokia) or
of the OS (also Nokia.. but maemo bugzilla is likely closest for that).
If you're very tech savy and figure out it's an upstream bug, you could
report it to the upstream project as well.
(none of these are meego bugzilla... filing it in meego bugzilla would
be similar to filing a kernel bug in Ubuntu in Fedora bugzilla... not
very nice and
complete waste of time for everyone)
