I have to disagree with that for several of the components that I worked
with. I have filed and/or know of several bugs against these components,
with varying success at getting them fixed in MeeGo.

For other components the problem is that they are not used yet by apps
in the open source (like Accounts&SSO). Because Nokia is testing these
components primarily (only?) as part of their own app development, of
course there are no bugs filed in the public Bugzilla.

Those app developers depend on the Nokia developers to push bug fixes
into MeeGo proactively, otherwise the app developer will likely
rediscover bugs that were long ago fixed in the upstream code not yet in
MeeGo when he becomes the first user of a component in MeeGo. I'm pretty
sure that such developers would prefer to have a solid base to start
with, instead of debugging the platform first.
