Unless someone[s] have updated (secretly) packages such as
policy-settings-basic-mfld to be compatible with PA 0.9.21+, then
bumping to PA > 0.9.19 will break all existing and working Resource
Policy Management packages, and those packages that in turn depend on
them (meego-handset-dialer being the one I am particularly concerned
with).

FWIW, it would be nice to have had the policy-settings-basic-mfld
package set as pulsecore = 0.9.19 in it's .yaml file since there *is*
such a hard version dependency existing here.  Having this would have
more immediately revealed the impact of bumping the version of PA to
those involved.
