Hi, Iekku I think there is one problem if change assignee back to bug report for NeedInfo bugs. If bug reporter add enough/detail info for this NeedInfo bug, but forget to change the assignee back to developer. How does developer continue to follow up this issue? Developer may miss the bug if they are not the assignee.
So for NeedInfo bugs, I would like to suggest below follow up process: 1) For NeedInfo bug, developer can ask bug report to provide more info; 2) If bug reporter add more info about this bugs, developer can continue to follow up this issue; 3) If bug reporter don't provide more info for long time, QA contact can start to take over this issue and try to reproduce this issue, then provide detail info, such as log or detail reproduce behavior; 4) If QA contact can't reproduce this issue or don't understand this bug, they can close this bug if no response from report long time. We should treat this bug as invalid bugs. But the idea is when more information is needed the bug can be assigned to person who needs to give the information. After information is given the bug should be assigned back to person who asked more information. When bug is assigned to someone, it's easier to find via link: "My Bugs" than if only the email received from the Bugzilla and you are not marked as a assignee...
