Good, thanks Jari for this proposal.
The basic role of QA from bugzilla product/component administration is
simply to actively follow-up.
Making sure the bug is attended properly, ping the default assignee or
assignee or reporter to get visibility and comments on the progress,
triage bugs, verify and close them whenever possible.
Having clear QA set for each component is as important as having the
proper bug fixer set as default assignee.
We obviously lack this currently and it's one of the key reason so many
bugs are floating in undefined status or resolution.
Another important aspect of this role is to support other users and
advise, help when needed, e.g. Moving a report to another component with
proper rationale. This also includes making sure all actors follow the
process and keep behaving nicely...
