Instead grep, you can use the command "find" in windows. Just type "find /?" for more information and examples. I do not know what can be used for "tee" in windows, but you can also wrap your own or only redirect the output to file, instead of a copy to the stdout. You can download h5topng from the Internet. Some one also compiled meep with libctl/guile for windows, you can find them in Internet as well.
