So far I've been letting a lot of these through manually, because recruiters tend not to take the time to subscribe themselves to the list, just post to it. Which is irritating.
On the other hand, jobs are really important, for both employer and employee. People might really benefit from this information. So that wins. I am more than happy to apply a specific policy to whether I let job ads through when moderating. In this case, the recruiter included clear, direct information on how to get in touch, plus a salary indication, so it looks pretty legit to me.
