I spoke with DMG Maximus who is processing our SB90 claims. Apparently this requirement is for both the public and private sector...so there is no eligibility for mandate reimbursement. On possibility that we have thought of is to run the 1099 after every warrant register and send it to EDD (electronic format is not required). I know this doesn't list those that have signed a contract, but this seems to be a way of coming close to meeting the requirements. This does seem to be a mandated program.
