To get it to reliably start on a cold morning,
Buy a brand new top dollar 550CCA battery. Stop stuffing around trying to
get it going without one, all you will do is wear out your electrics and
your starter motor/ring gear. It should fire up as soon as you hit the key
if everything is mechanically and electrically ok.
