Hi there Carmi I suggest you forget the hasard light's as they really arn't that
bright.
I suggest you wire up a small spottie on the rear of your car with a small switch in
the boot for such disasteous situationsas I have done keep the spottie cover on it
when it is not in use.
Also a good idea is to go to the hobbie shop and get clear orange paint and tint it.
