(not all the way) !! and get yourself a set of "Easy Outs". These things look a little like a drill bit, but are taped and the spirral runs in the opposite direction to a drill bit. What you do is insert the "Easy Out" that will fit into the hole (just tap it in a little bit) and simply put a small shifter on the end and unscrew the bolt out.
