Hi David,

The easiest way to get it out is to drill a hole down the centre. (not all the way) !! and get yourself a set of "Easy Outs".

These things look a little like a drill bit, but are taped and the spirral runs in the opposite direction to a drill bit. What you do is insert the "Easy Out" that will fit into the hole (just tap it in a little bit) and simply put a small shifter on the end and unscrew the bolt out.

    anyone know how I can remove a bolt that has had all the edges rounded on the head?
     
    3 of the tappet cover bolts won't come off the socket just slips on them
