Dave the best way to go is to have two sets of wheels one your good set only
used on Sundays and say a set or R31 5.5x14 and they look good without hubcaps
for OFFICIAL use problem solved
13 plus 2 = 15 but who knows use a second set for official purposes and you'll
have no problems and it only takes afew minutes to change wheels
