L16 cyl heads

I need some info on cylinder heads as fitted to L16's. I am looking at 2 motors and one has an A87 head and the other has a A210(?) What's the difference? What's the best head for performance in a L16? I know this thread was explored a little while ago but i didn't pay attention at the time..
