One thing to check, that your master cylinder piston is travelling all the
way back to its proper rest position. This allows the compensating port in
the MC to open releasing pressure from the system. This could be caused by
the push rod being too long for the new booster position.

Subject: Binding Brakes (please help)
Date: Wednesday, August 09, 2000 6:11
Fellow Listers,
Please help me, I've just put a booster on my 510 &
front brakes are binbing all the time while driving. The setup is:
Bendix Masta Vac Booster (610)
Nabco 3/4 Dual Master Cylinder (610)
Proportioning Valve (610)
Single Spot Calipers front (200B SX)
Rear Drums (standard 510)
Brakes have been bled & no air in system, have excellent pedal & stopping,
but it seems that the brakes won't realease properly.
Any help much appreciated !!!
Johno
