It depends what kind of speeding we are doing, and as said earlier the
situation. Speeding may be only 10km/h over, which i think is damn harsh,
some roads have limits of 80km/h but with todays cars, improved roads and a
decent driver 110km/h can be safely driven in the same area, although you
still do get idiots in school zones ect doing ridiculous speeds which I do
think is totally wrong.
Bit of a harsh call there to Julian too.
