I agree with that. Yes I've done my 12 points worth a few years ago, but
when you plant your beautiful first car on it's roof with your
brother-in-law sitting next to you, doing 150km'h down a dirt track, and
some dickhead jumps out in the middle of the road yelling at you to slow

Even though the pillar went straight through my headrest, I not only
survived, but I only got a bump on my head from where my head hit the
gearstick as I ducked!!! My bro-in-law survived, but probably wanted to
beat my head in.
Haven't lost a point since then, didn't kill anyone, only injury was my
pride.. That was in bad shape for about 3 months as I hitch-hiked to work
and back every day.

I do think that the speed limits are a bit of bollocks at times, 40 km/h is
stupid until it's your kid that gets run over by some hoon doing 120k's...
