Adam, not a great deal of retreads are sold up here for reasons that are quite easy to work out why.
To do this speed on reteatds would be just plain stupid.
My other 1200 with a 1500 cc plus 3 speed auto has seen a fast 131 with a tail wind
(shame it was not mph :))
My L18 club car was clocked at 198 kph on police radar (on the race track I must add)

Ok well i didn't take the fuel stops into accoun or small towns. I wasn't laughing at the speed, jsut that someone actually did that. I recommend you grab a set of retreads and try a run like this, i would love to see the outcome on the telly the next day.
