I've had my 'safety yellow' datto up to about 150, but at 2.5 times the 
speed limit, I decided to slow down to a safer speed.  This was with just a 
rebuilt L16 and 4 speed too.  This was a few months ago, and don't try huge 
speeds anymore, after realising how stupid it was the first time.  Speed's 
for the tracks - acceleration is for the roads!  Call me lame, but I recon 
speeding (excessively that is) is pointless, especially where your not only 
puting yourself in danger but other people.
