Check that your ball joints aren't warn as if they are the control arms can 
move under braking forces causing them to rub the discs, i had this happen 
to a brand new set of discs a while back all because i was slack and didn't 
replace them....let me tell you i wasn't pleased...i replaced them and have 
not had this problem scince.
