This sounds very much like the Nizpro 1600 that's regularly at Sandown, it
puts out 300 plus hp and is very quick. There has been a huge amount of work
go into the suspension on that car, I don't think I saw a few years ago now
but there aren't any original bits on it. The only thing wrong with that car
is they chose the wrong engine.

A few years back Zoom did a story on a 1600 Z18T that had rack and pinion
steering. They said it had a Bluebird front end with a 20mm narrowed
crossmember
, a HR31 GTR Evolution 2.5 turns lock to lock steering rack and adjustable
300ZX
column. With 420 hp it must be fun to drive. Does anyone have any more
information on this set up.
