Here in the UK all our 810s (except wagons) have IRS and the most popular
swap are rears discs from a C210 Skyline coupe(240K-GT) which are a bolt in
job. In fact I beleive you can fit the whole rear suspention from the C210.
However I don't know if you got C210s there or if they even had IRS.
You should be able to use an R200 diff for a 300ZX (Z31) or a Jap spec S12
Silvia or Gazelle as I know it will fit the C210 (my friend has a 5.9L V8
powered C210 with an R200)
Wouldn't mind seeing a pic of your 200B if possible
