I'd think they would be more like for heavy trucks as it's the best way of 
tracking the trucks and drivers can no longer keep two log books and drive 
all day night without getting busted and there looking into getting 
electronic log books that will be fool proof as the NSW system is called 
safe-t-cam I do believe
