It was legal with a 12A but its going back over the pits this week. He wanted to
get it out to the drags today but its just to dangerous without slicks so he'll
have to wait till november as Ravenswood held its last meet today. The new
complex at Kwinana should be good .

The SR20det is a good motor but there quite costly especially when you use an
after market computer, change the intercooler, fit a larger turbo,etc.The 13B
turbo conversion cost less than $3000 which included motor, 2 gearboxes, spare
turbo, intercooler, big clutch and a MTX-8. If Tim was to modify the standard
turbo by fitting a 50 trim TO4E comp wheel and machine out the comp housing this
motor would see over 350hp for a cost of around $500. An SR20det conversion of
similar HP would cost nearly double.
