147kw is the same output as the current s14 200sx we get here, the 180kw s15 is
the higher spec Type R version with a six speed. The literature that I have
seen only shows the 147kw with 5 speed coming here. Although the nissan
australia web site shows the coming s15 as having a six speed, the papers have
reported it as a 5 speed?
I think optimax is pretty close to if not more than 100 RON. Premium unleaded
is 96-97 RON from memory so it would have to be higher to justify the price. In
any case the computer should back the timing off to avoid pinging on lower RON
fuels.
