A 180B
booster and master cylinder is pretty much a bolt on upgrade for a 1600. If you
get the hydraulic lines for the drivers side front wheel and the line that goes
to the centre block for the rears and the proportioning valve it makes
it pretty easy. The preferred master cylinder is the Japanese Tokico or
Nabco 3/4" and you're advised to get a complete unit as the centre rod is
usually adjusted correctly . I recommend that you avoid the PBR cast iron
rusty master cylinder as they don't have a good feel although they work
well.
Price
varies a lot but I'd expect to pay no more than $100 for the complete
unit.
