Just grind it out with the die grinder.What brakes are you using? I use the 7/8" with 200b fronts and I reckon it works crap.I'm going to try a 3/4'' cylinder to see if it improves the brakes like others on the list have recomended. The aluminium plate/spacer that goes between the master cylinder bore and the brake booster appears to be to small. Well the inside diameter anyway. Where the spacer steps down inside (side closest to the booster) turns out to be smaller than the diameter of the stepped down section on the master cylinder. I was thinking of taking to it with the die grinder and making the inside diameter to the required size. Is this too dodgy or should I just ring the wreckers back and get them to send me the one off the skyline brake booster?
