Presumably second hand stuff will come up from time to time.
Do Quad throttle bodies produce as flexible an engine as a throttle body
type EFI system, i.e is the metering accurate?
How exactly do slide plate throttles seal? - they would be great because at
WOT there is no restriction and you'd be breathing through almost 4 times
the diameter of a standard TB EFI system.
Also you could mill the port side of the head at an angle to straighten up
the port shape, then weld up any holes you have made. You would have to
custom make a manifold anyway so why not go completely overboard!
That intake setup would have the potential to pump out lots of power, esp.
if turboed!
