ok I'm dropping an L20 into my 120y this
weekend
I still haven't decided which engine to buy,
there's 2 I'm looking at, one stocko and one worked.
my question is this, even if I pick the stock one
it won't stay that way for long, so I've been thinking about diffs, I have a SSS
Stanza diff I was going to use, I want to use this diff due to the low ratio
gears (4.3) but are these diffs strong enough to handle a fairly stout L20??
It's a a stroker, got a Z22 crank but unsure of rods and pistons (although I
know they're forgies) 76 degree cam and twin 45's?
If the diff isn't up to this task what is a diff
that is? and preferably something that allready has low gears or is easy enough
to find replacement low ratio gears for it, I wanna use around 4.1 at the very
tallest cause it's gunna see the 1/4 a fair bit.
second question is gearbox, I have a SSS Stanza
dogleg 5spd I was planning on using, will this box be strong
enough?
thanks in advance
Dave
