Its not real dear to do. All you do is centralise a cutter frame in the bore
of the block, set a carbide "V" cutter at the correct distance for the O
ring and rotate the Cutter around the support frame on block upper surface.
Keep rotating till the required groove depth for the wire is reached. $60 -
$80 would be a reasonable price from a machine shop or a freeby from a
friend. You can buy the cutter from specialist engineering tool suppliers
for about $300

Mark, If you can afford it use the 2mm copper and have the block machined
to suit wire rings.
