I would think that the 180B camber pins are alsoa cause of the problem as
these wonders of engineering can move your arm pivot to a different height
than your tie rods. Result = bump steer

Your wheel/tyre/suspension combo sounds very good and the grip is probably
amplifying your bump steer. It sounds like your main bump steer problem is
the inner hight of the control arms and you are going to swap in the 68
cross member to address this. Do this first and realign the front end. This
may be enough to remove the bump steer problem as it sounds like it is
occurring only at fairly high bump conditions.
Negative camber and more caster will improve turn in response and increase
cornering ability, at the expense of heavier steering, but shouldn't alter
the bump steer if the front end is properly aligned after these adjustments.
Your suspension/wheel/tyre combo sounds very good so you should be enjoying
great handling when you get rid of the bump steer.
