Errol,
My very thoughts exactly - one of the 280Zed struts are OK with only the
perch mod or a coilover and the other has a different stub angle and I can't
remember which car the good one is off. The 510 Again site in the US has the
info on what fits a 1600 and what doesn't, there is a link on the Ozdat
site. The US boys do this conversion a lot as the 280 series was common over
there, they are rusting in the JY's so they say.

Dont the 280ZX struts have the camber problem when put into other vehicles
because of a different stub angle ?

The struts are definitely shorter. I will take a tape and check them. The
disc brake diameter didn't look overly large, although vented.
