Terry,
I connected everything up, including the high and low beam pins according to 
your email, but unfortunately the fuse blows when i try the high beams, I 
think I have a short somewhere, but no idea where because i have used new 
wires for everything.  I may have to take it to an auto spark if i can't 
find it.  Thanks again for your help.
