Ryan,
You get more performance the more total advance, there is probably a
theoretical limit. The real limit is the octane of the available fuel. Without
knowing what the mechanical advance is on your dizzy it's impossible to give
you a straight answer for this question and even if i knew there are other
factors that also come into play. This is where EMS controlled engines have it
all over they're primative carbie models.
To sort of answer your question - yes, most likely it will improve but will it
cause detonation.
