Terry,
Thanks for the advice.  The cable has to be bent to go through the fire wall 
and then across to the other side of the motor where the carbies are 
attached.  It is not so much of a bend, but it is enough to make it nearly 
impossible to pull the choke cable when both carbies are hooked up.  I will 
try it just on the front carbie and see how I go, do you think this wouuld 
be enough to get the engine going?
