I had another look at my datto today and this is what i found, isn't much but here
goes.
On the head it had nissan stamped on it with V91 to the right of it.
All i could find on the gearbox was a W and an 8, also i found it weird that my g/box
has 3 electrical points on it, i din't count the speedo cable or inspection hole,
anyone know?
on my diff casing i only found the number 22 on it, with the hitachi symbol next to
it. is this just the standard casing? also i jacked up the car and when i spun either
wheel the other one didn't move at all only when in gear and then it spun the opposite
direction, so i must have an open diff.
also i remember an e-mail that was going around sometime ago about L20B's what does
the A mean?
i.e. L20B ******* A. this is what i have.
